Shipping Policy Details

This shipping policy outlines the estimated production and delivery times for your order. Please note that all times are made-to-order by our print partners and shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specific print provider. 

Production Time

Production typically takes 2-7 business days from the time your order is placed. This timeframe may vary depending on the time of year, product availability, and the specific print provider chosen. 

Shipping

Shipping options may vary and will be presented at time of order. Shipping costs are determined by the partner print provider  and are calculated within the Crazy Crease store at check out. Standard shipping is typically offered but certain providers may also offer expedited or economy options. 

Delivery Times

After production, standard domestic shipping is typically 2-5 business days for mosts print providers. For international orders, delivery times vary greatly by destination and carrier. 

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, delivery is dependent on shipping carriers and we are not liable for any shipping delays. If your order is reported as lost after being marked delivered, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis by support team - they must be contacted via email/submit the form within 30 days of being marked delivered. 

Order Tracking

Tracking information for your order will be provided as soon as it becomes available from the print provider. You can track your package directly through your order confirmation email. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

All items are custom printed and we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size choices, or issues with product placement. For printing or production issues with artwork or a damaged item, please contact our support team for individual case review.
